German WWII SA Dagger RZM Vintage by E&F Hörster-This is a handsome example. This dagger has nickel silver plated fittings on the pommel and crossguard that retain the majority of their finish. The brown wooden handle is very good condition. The nickel grip eagle and runic button are a tight fit to the handle. Both are in excellent shape. The brown painted scabbard retains 98% of its original finish. This is an untouched example. The ball at the tip of the scabbard is undented! The RZM marked blade is excellent, the motto “Alles fur Deutschland” is nicely etched. The reverse of the blade shows the RZM motto and the M7/36 which was the code issued to E&F Hörster. You can still see the factory cross graining on the blade. There are the usual in and out marks from the scabbard, but this is slight. This dagger comes complete with a three-piece brown leather hanger. The hanger is excellent, as are the nickel silver plated fittings. The snap clip is marked for Overhoff & Cie. The snap clip works as it should. This dagger is excellent and would be a great addition to your collection!
