German WWII SA Kepi-This is produced in light brown ribbed cotton that shows spots of discoloration from age and storage. Please be sure to look closely at the photos. The bill is lined in the same material as the body. The bill is tightly affixed to the cap. The top of the scallop is red felt for Gruppe Sudmark. There is a single pebbled silver button, made of aluminum. The eagle is the early M-29 style in zinc with a nice nickel silver finish. The wide chinstrap is dark brown leather and held in place by a pair of pebbled steel buttons that are held on with prongs that you can see under the sweatband. These buttons have a rust coat, giving them a brown color that complement the color of the cap. The interior is fully lined in golden brown rayon. There is minor wear and discoloration from use. The full sweatband is golden tan leather. It is very thin and remains in good condition with only minor wear from age and use. This is in good condition.
