German WWII SS Full Röhm Dagger by Eickhorn-This is a full Röhm dagger and is about a rare a find as you can get. This is a solid example. The nickel silver fittings have a nice matte silver tone to them. The black handle is good but does have a chip out of the top part which is just to the right of the runic button. There is a very slight crack that runs through the back of the runic button, so please see photos. The nickel silver grip eagle is excellent and a tight fit to the handle. The SS runic button has clear enamel and looks excellent, despite being near the handle chip. The reverse of the crossguard is deeply engraved with the serial number 12327. This would make a really fun research project looking into the history of this dagger. The anodizing on the scabbard is light; there is some fading. The scabbard fittings are near excellent, with a silver tone that matches the silver of the dagger fittings. The ball at the tip of the scabbard has a few dents, so please be aware of that. The blade shows a few water spots but is very good overall. The motto is deeply etched, as is the Röhm dedication. You can see the Eickhorn logo just below the crossguard on the reverse. This is in Very Good condition overall, and a very rare piece which is missing from most collections. As, with every one of our offerings, this will come with a written lifetime, money back guarantee regarding originality. Priced fairly!
