German WWII TeNo Collar Tab for Scharführer-Scharführer was an officer rank in the TeNo, equivalent to a junior NCO roughly translating to "Squad Leader" or equivalent to an army Unterfeldwebel (Sergeant). The left rank tab is piped in silver and black. It shows a cluster of 5 oak leaves at the bottom with a single cogwheel. Be aware that we believe the right tab to be homemade, not a authentic collar tab, though the piping and cyphers may be authentic. The backing does not look right. That being said, we are throwing this in for free with the rank tab, as they do display nicely together. The right tab shows the wearer's unit assignment. For a Scharführer, this tab generally displayed only the Roman numeral (X) representing their transregional command group Landesführung, and the bottom number (6) would be the Ortsgruppe or local tech unit such as district 6.
