German WWII TeNo Landesführung Collar Tab for Scharführer-Scharführer was an officer rank in the TeNo, equivalent to a junior NCO roughly translating to "Squad Leader" or equivalent to an army Unterfeldwebel (Sergeant). The left rank tab is piped in silver and black. It shows a cluster of 5 oak leaves at the bottom with a single cogwheel. The finish is excellent, as is the wool and buckram stiffener. We are tossing in the rank tab as we believe this tab to be homemade, not an authentic collar tab, though the piping and cyphers may be authentic. The backing does not look right. That being said, we are throwing this in for free as they do display nicely together. This Landesführung tab displays the Roman numeral (XIII) which represents the transregional command group, and the bottom number (15) would be the Ortsgruppe or local tech unit such as district 15.
