Italian WWII Fascist Official’s MVSN Dagger-This would be a good starter piece as it has a few liabilities. This dagger is a handsome example, with its aluminum hilt and black enamel insert with brass fascist bundle. The birds head pommel has good details and a good look. The black enameled paint on the scabbard is virtually intact and the brass fittings are toned, with the bottom fitting being a darker bronze color. The plated blade is in good condition, except that there is a piece broken on the backstrap where it meets the tang, so the blade does not fit snuggly into the scabbard. It’s very loose actually and does wobble. This comes with a set of black leather hangers that have brass fittings which are original but the leather is replaced. We are tossing the hangers in for free. This dagger would make a good display item, but please be aware of its limitations. Priced to sell.
