Lot of 16 Die Räder – Illustrierte Zeitung der Technischen Nothilfe Die Räder – Illustrierte Zeitung der Technischen Nothilfe was an official bi-weekly (later monthly) magazine published from 1920 to 1945 by the German emergency and technical service organization known as the Technische Nothilfe (TeNo or TN). This is a lot of 16 issues from September 1938 through December of 1942. Published twice a month (on the 1st and 15th) until 1939, shifting to a monthly schedule starting in 1940. These were published by the Räder-Verlag G.m.b.H., with major editing oversight led by Erich Hampe. These publications documented the TeNo operational duties, and emergency response methods. They also covered the civil protection, air raid precautions (Luftschutz), disaster relief, and infrastructure safety (such as safeguarding power plants). The magazines also contain propaganda, humor and general reading. All 16 copies are in very good condition. They have toned in color from age and storage, but the bindings are still tightly stapled. If you have any interest in the TeNo this may be of interest to you.
