Pasta Maker from the Eagle’s Nest- This is a vintage "Bürk D.R.G.M." pasta maker. This hand crank, German noodle maker is very nicely marked with of course the maker Bürk DRGM dfm No 581. This comes with a heavy duty clamp that would attach to the counter or a sturdy table. The stainless steel rolling and pressing mechanisms are on one side, the other has the noodle cutting tools for your different sizes of noodle. You could probably still use this today to make some Spätzle or Schupfnudeln. This had a tag that said it was removed from the Eagle’s nest. We have no way to confirm this, but it’s nice to think that they had “Hitlerland Käsespätzle”. This is in very good condition, and needs a good cleaning before you use it. Unique item! $
