Prussian Infantry Officer Plate for Spiked Helmet-This concave plate is made of zinc and has lost all of its original finish. The zinc has toned to a nice bronze color. It has good details, show very little wear or discoloration. This large Prussian eagle has initials FR on his chest, with the motto, while holding an orb and scepter. There are two hooks on the reverse. He measures 4 ½ inches (11.43cm) tall and approx. 5 inches (12.7cm) wide. This is in good condition.
