Rare NSNAP Dutch Nederlands Political Party Membership Pin -This pin looks very similar to the NSDAP Party pins, but if you look closely you will notice that this has a blue swastika for the Dutch party. The red white and blue enamel is excellent. The stippling has the correct characteristics for this maker. The pin setup works as it should. This pin is marked on the reverse for Ferd. Wagner of Pforzheim. This is a gorgeous, rare pin.
History: The Dutch NSNAP (Nationaal-Socialistische Nederlandsche Arbeiderspartij) party pin history is rooted in a minor 1930s Dutch movement led by Ernst Herman van Rappard that sought to directly copy the German NSDAP. These pins, often featuring a blue swastika on a white disc within a red field, were worn between 1931 and 1941 to signify allegiance to this fringe group.
