Third Reich Fire Police Model 1934 Helmet with Neck Flap-This is a very good example overall. There is a satin black finish over lightweight steel. The finish remains partially intact. This one never had a comb. There are a pair of salt and pepper shaker style vents on each side. The left side has a bordered, toned police shield and the right side has a party shield. The police shield is in great condition while the party shield does show some wear and fading. This example even has the very desirable black leather neck flap! The size stamped 57 tan leather liner is excellent, remaining very soft and supple with very minor wear and discoloration only. There is a name written onto the liner. There is a drawstring and the liner cork buffer pads are present. There is a black, pebbled leather dome pad as well. There is a wide, dark brown pebbled leather chinstrap that is in good condition with minor wear. A very good example!
