Third Reich Model 1934 Civic Fire Police Double Decal Helmet-This is produced in lightweight steel with a satin black finish that remains 90% intact. The left side has a toned, bordered police decal that remains 90% intact as well. The right side has a party shield that is faded but remains mostly intact. Each side has a pair of salt and pepper shaker like ventilation grommets. There is a size stamped 57 brown leather liner that is in great condition. It has extremely minor wear and discoloration only. There is a replacement drawstring, a shoestring in fact, and cork buffers on the rigid cardboard liner band. There is a wide, black leather chinstrap that is in great condition. The shell is a size 64 and stamped Edel Stahl on one side. Excellent, museum quality condition!
