Third Reich Model 1934 Fire Police Double Decal Helmet-This is a lightweight steel example with a satin black finish that remains an amazing 95% intact. Each side has a pair of salt and pepper shaker like ventilation grommets. The left side has a bordered police decal which has toned and remains 85% intact. Same goes for the party shield over on the right side. The interior features a tan leather liner that is soft, with some wear and discoloration from use. There is a drawstring and a black leather dome pad as well. There are leather tabs for a neck flap. The liner is size 56. The side of the interior is stamped Thale-Stahl. There is a dark brown leather chin strap that has minor wear and age crazing. This is a super example!
