Third Reich Political Leader Uniform Grouping-This grouping includes the political leader brown shirt, breeches and the belt and buckle. THE TIE AND PIN SHOWN ARE SOLD. The brown shirt is produced in a heavy olive drab cotton. It is in excellent condition with only very slight wear. There are three large gilt finished pebbled metal buttons plus two small bakelite buttons that form the closure. There are two large patch pockets which are pleated and have scalloped flaps. There are five gilt finished pebbled metal belt hooks. The interior is unlined and very clean. There is a large oil cloth RZM tag, the early style, that is fully intact. There are multiple ink stamps that make us believe that this was used for a theatrical or movie production. You can see these on the hem as well as up by the neck which it says in English SIZE 40. Next to the is the original size stamp that reads 45. The breeches are produced in olive drab wool. They are also in excellent condition with extremely minor wear and discoloration only. There are buttoned lower legs and all buttons are present. There are hip pockets with scalloped flaps and a single rear pocket with a scalloped flap. The buttons for the pocket flaps are gilt finished pebbled metal in the political leader style. There is a four button fly with an additional button at the waist. There are cinch straps at the hips. There are buttons inside and out for suspenders etc. There is a large RZM tag inside which indicates that these are for a political leader. The waist is a size 30 and these are 37” in length. The included belt and buckle is for a political leader. The buckle is gilt finished zinc and the belt is Havana brown leather. Each is in fine condition with minor wear only The buckle is stamped RZM M4/24 indicating production by Friedrich Linden, Ludenscheid. This is an excellent grouping overall.
