US Vintage WWII Red Cross Pennant w/ Red Cross Volunteer Bar-This is made of a stiffer bunting, that is brightly colored red, with a white separately applied white cross. This pennant measures 7 inches (17.78cm) wide 11 ¾ inches (29.21cm) long. This flag has white ties for hanging. There is a tear to the left upper corner and one in the center of the flag, so please be sure to look closely at the photos. This comes with a Red Cross volunteer service bar, with this representing one year of service. Overall, very good.
