Veteran Bring Back German WWII Allgemeine SS Collar Tab for First SS Standarte Deutschland-This collar tab was part of a large amount of cloth insignia that was liberated from Dachau when the US reached the camp in 1945. This tab is the same one that is shown and fully documented on pages 880-883 in Volume III of Bill's book series entitled THE STORIES BEHIND THE TREASURES OF WORLD WAR II "The Making of a Collectorholic". What a unique opportunity. This is hand embroidered in white on a black wool badge cloth. There is a complete B level RZM tag intact on the reverse. This tab is in excellent condition. We will of course send you copies of the relevant pages of Bill’s book that talks about the veteran who brought this tab home. This is a special offering.
