WWII German Army Model 1940 Single Decal Combat Helmet-This untouched example has a dark field gray combat finish that remains 60% or so intact. The left side has an army decal that checks in at 75% intact. The brown leather, size 57 liner is very soft, with some wear and discoloration from age and use. There is a zinc liner band and a drawstring. The side of the interior is stamped SE 64 indicating production by Sachsische Emaillerwerke in the size of 64. The rear skirt is stamped with the lot number 10025. There is a brown leather chinstrap that is in fine condition. An untouched, used but not abused example!
