WWII German Army Model 1942 Single Decal Combat Helmet-This example has a dark field grey finish that is mostly intact. The left side has an army decal that is a bit worn but is still 75% intact with nice detail. The interior has been reworked with a REPRODUCTION liner and liner band. It is the correct size 56. The side of the interior is stamped ET 64 indicating production by Eisenhuttenwerke of Thale in the size of 64. The rear skirt is stamped with the lot number 1860 indicating production some time in 1942. There is a brown leather chinstrap which is also a REPRODUCTION. A good display example!
