WWII German Battle Flag for use by the Kriegsmarine-This example measures 53” x 29” and is two sided, with a reverse image on the back side. It is printed and the flag is produced in bunting material. It is extremely clean and damage free with the exception of the tiniest of tiny wear marks that I didn’t notice until I held it up to the light. The hoist end has a reinforcement sewn over a rope lanyard which is looped at each corner. It is boldly stamped with the Navy proof followed by R. Kr. Fl. 80 x 135 and then the name and location of the maker which is in Sudetenland. Full excellent!
