WWII German Luftwaffe Soldbuch and Drivers License-This grouping includes a soldbuch and a drivers license to the same individual. All 24 pages are included in the soldbuch. The condition is very good with minor wear and discoloration plus a few small tears on a few pages. There are many entries in this soldbuch. It was issued to Wilhelm Lamberty who’s title was Regierungsinspektor, or government inspector. He was born on 16.1.1916 in Köln. This book was issued to him on 20 September 1939 and is signed by the Major and head of flakartillerieschule II (F.A.S. II). The school was located in Stolpmünde (now Ustka, Poland). All standard info is present including family members, issued equipment, shots, glasses etc. There is an entry on page 11 that indicates he was physically examined to determine his fitness for tropical duty and passed. His pay, leave of absences and awards are listed as well. Medals include the EKII and two others. The inside back cover has an insert from the Army High Command that is talking about how to deal with chemical warfare. The inside front cover has a code of ethics for the German soldier. The “Wehrmacht Führerschein” is in very good condition as well. It includes a photo and other information and was issued on 18.6.1940. Very good condition overall!
