WWII Japanese Army Combat Helmet, Named Twice-This is a sound example. It has an olive drab finish that remains 50% intact. The metal army star is firmly attached to the front of the shell. Inside is a brown leather, three pad liner system. There is a leather liner band and a webbed cotton suspension and chin strap. These all have moderate wear and discoloration. The liner pads are very stiff and there are a few tears as well. There is a splotch of white paint at the rear skirt, this is most like a name but it is heavily worn. This is a sound display example!
